Frequently asked questions

How do lives work?

Players receive up to 5 lives. A life is lost when a level attempt fails. Lost lives regenerate individually every hour.

How do rewarded ads work?

Rewarded ads are optional. After you choose “Watch Ad for Random Upgrade,” a random eligible upgrade is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms that the rewarded ad was completed successfully.

Why did I not receive my reward?

Please confirm that the advertisement finished and that the game returned to its normal screen. If the reward was not granted, contact support and include your device, app version, and a description of what happened.

How do in-app purchases work?

Credits and other eligible digital items are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase using StoreKit. Apple presents the purchase sheet and verifies the transaction before the game adds credits.

How do I restore purchases?

Credits are consumable purchases. Consumables generally cannot be restored after they are consumed. If non-consumable purchases are added in a future version, they will use Apple’s restore mechanism.

The game will not load or crashes. What should I do?
  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Confirm iOS is up to date.
  4. Confirm the latest One Tap Physics version is installed.
  5. Contact support if the problem continues.
How do I report a bug?

Use the support form and include your device model, iOS version, app version, level number, a description of the problem, and a screenshot or screen recording when available.
