These Terms of Use govern your use of One Tap Physics. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

License to use the app

Subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use One Tap Physics on devices you own or control.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchases or advertising systems, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use the app unlawfully.

Credits and upgrades

Virtual credits and upgrades are digital game items. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other real-world value. Consumable credits are used in the game and generally cannot be restored after use.

Purchases

Eligible in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, refunds, and purchase terms are governed by Apple’s applicable policies. No purchase is required to play the core game.

Advertising and rewards

Advertisements and optional rewarded-ad offers may vary by availability, location, device, eligibility, or technical conditions. A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms a successful completed rewarded-ad event.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the app, including levels, upgrades, advertising, or purchase offers, when reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property

One Tap Physics and its original game content, artwork, sound, code, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
